Low-cost clinic prices can range from $65 to $125 for spay/neuter surgeries, which usually includes a state-required rabies vaccine. Logan County TNR Project does not get special spay/neuter surgery rates at any of the clinics we use. We are charged the same as everyone else for each cat.
